Support desk (Atlas)
A support agent that answers from your knowledge base and cites the file it answered from. When the answer is not recorded, it says so and escalates instead of guessing.
Atlas answers from your files and cites the path
Atlas searches facts/ and refs/ before anything else. Training data is the last source. Every answer starts with the answer and names the path that it came from.
The persona sets a dry, lowercase voice. When the files hold no answer, the persona tells Atlas to say "I don't have that recorded", and CLAUDE.md tells it to log the question to ~/issues.md.
Helpdesk classifies messages, and Atlas cites documents
Both products sort inbound questions. Helpdesk ships a triage skill that classifies a message as billing, technical or account, and one file of every kind a product can ship. Atlas ships no skills/ directory. It searches facts/ and refs/ and cites the path.
